Registration
The registration fee for the meeting is €275. It includes coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference reception in the Vienna City Hall (with food).
Registration is done using the form linked below, and closes on 15.08.2026.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations received by 15.07.2026 will be reimbursed 100% of the participation fee paid.
- Cancellations received from 16.07.2026 to 15.08.2026 will be refunded 50% of the participation fee paid.
- Cancellations received from 16.08.2026 onward will not be refunded. The same applies if the attendee does not attend the conference and has not cancelled by the same deadline.
